RESOLUTION NO. 66 -111
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
(CONTRACTED BY VILLAGE)
WHEREAS,; pursuant to a written contract signed with the
Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Randall and Reed Company
has satisfactorily completed leted the followin g improvement ent in accord
ance with said contract:
Water Main Improvement Project No. 1965 -15
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of
the Village of Brooklyn Center;
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The value of work performed exceeded the original
contract amount by $45.32 because of general underestimating of
III plan quantities.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been
satisfied on said contract on May 9, 1966, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total amount paid for said improvement
project was $7,060.94.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl
Simons, John Leary, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
