HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-115 CCR r Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -115 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1966 -20 AND STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1966 -21, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the Village Council to initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1966 -20 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1966 -21. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center to accept the petition presented and to direct the Village Engineer to prepare plans and specifi- cations for said Water Main Improvement Project No. 1966 -20 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1966 -21, described as follows: 1966 -20 Water Main 59th Avenue North from Xerxes Avenue to Upton Avenue; 60th Avenue North from Xerxes Avenue to Vincent Avenue; Washburn Avenue North from 149 feet south of 59th Avenue to approximately 185 feet north of 60th Avenue; Vincent Avenue North from 149 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue; Upton Avenue North from 150 feet south of 59th Avenue to 240 feet north of 59th Avenue. 1966 -21 Street Surfacing 59th Avenue North from Xerxes Avenue to Upton Avenue; 60th Avenue North from Xerxes Avenue to 134 feet east of Vincent Avenue; Washburn Avenue North from 149 feet south of 59th Avenue to 184 feet north of 60th Avenue; Vincent Avenue North from 149 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue; Upton Avenue North from 150 feet south of 59th Avenue to approximately 265 feet north of 59th Avenue.
