and moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION N0. 66 -116
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1966 -22 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary to
initiate Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1966 -22.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village of Brooklyn Center to direct the Village Engineer
to prepare plans and specifications for said Storm Sewer Improve-
ment Project No. 1966 -22, described as follows:
1966 -22 Storm Sewer
Storm Sewer in 60th Avenue North from Vincent Avenue
to Xerxes Avenue and in Vincent Avenue North from 59th
Avenue to the outfall line on the north line of Tract C,
R.L.S. No. 1142.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl
Simons, john Leary, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
