HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-143 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -143 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK (CONTRACTED BY VILLAGE) WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, C. S. McCrossan, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: BITUMINOUS SURFACING STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 1965 -30 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center: 1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved. Z. The value of work performed exceeded the original contract amount by 167.48 because of general underestimating of unit quantities. 3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satisfied on said contract on December 13, 1965, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount paid for said improvement oje as $832.63. 4el May 23, 1966 Date (O Mayor r ATTEST: (.l n I .0 �VLuI-✓-� Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, john Leary and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
