resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -150
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
(CONTRACTED BY VILLAGE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Erwin Montgomery
Construction Company has satisfactorily completed the following
improvement in accordance with said contract:
Water Main Improvement Project No. 1965 -13
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village of Brooklyn Center:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The value of work performed exceeded the original
contract amount by $352.15 because of general underestimating
of plan quantities.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been
satisfied on said contract on May 23, 1966, taking the contract-
or's receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract
for said improvement project was $13,849.55.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, Howard Heck,John Leary and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
