HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-001 CCR Member john Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -1 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF FACSIMILE SIGNATURES ON CHECKS DRAWN UPON CERTAIN VILLAGE BANK ACCOUNTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center that the Village Council does hereby approve the action of the Mayor in the use of a facsimile signature with respect to checks issued upon all Village Bank accounts, and that the Village Council does hereby approve the action of the Treasurer in the use of a facsimile signature with respect to checks issued upon the Village payroll account only; provided, however, that the Village Clerk and the Village Treasurer shall manually sign each check drawn upon every Village account, except that only the Village Clerk shall manually sign each check drawn upon the payroll account. January 3, 1966 Date Mayor ATTEST: C� Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, John Leary, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
