and moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -5
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE HENNEPIN COUNTY LEAGUE OF
MUNICIPALITIES
WHEREAS, the Village of Brooklyn Center is a member in good
standing of the Hennepin County League of Municipalities, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Brooklyn Center desires to continue its
participation in the Hennepin County League of Municipalities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Village of Brooklyn Center hereby designates Trustee
Howard Heck as its representative to the Hennepin County
League of Municipalities for the period of 1 -1 -66 to 12- 31 -66.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village of Brooklyn Center hereby
designates Trustee Theodore Willard as its alternate representative to
the Hennepin County League of Municipalities to serve during the absence
or disability of the above named representative.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, john Leary,
Howard Heck and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
