HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-007 CCR r Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -7 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1966 -6 AND STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1966 -7 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the Village Council to initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1966 -6 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1966 -7. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center to accept the petition pre- sented and to direct the Village Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement Project No. 1966 -6 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1966 -7, described as follows: 1966 -6 Water_Main Beard Avenue North from 59th Avenue to 60th Avenue; Abbott Avenue North from 158 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue; Zenith Avenue North from 155 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue; York Avenue North from 152 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue; 59th Avenue North from T. H.152 (Osseo Road) to Xerxes Avenue. 1966 -7 Street Surfacing 59th Avenue North from T. H. 152 (Osseo Road) to Xerxes Avenue; 60th Avenue North from T. H. 152 (Osseo Road) to Xerxes Avenue; Beard Avenue North from 59th Avenue to 60th Avenue; Abbott Avenue North from 158 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue; Zenith Avenue North from 155 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue; York Avenue North from 152 feet south of 59th Avenue to 150 feet north of 60th Avenue.
