HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-032 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -32 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK (CONTRACTED BY DEVELOPER) SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO. 1965 -60 WHEREAS, Homedale Builders, Incorporated, a developer, has contracted with Erwin Montgomery Construction Company to construct Sanitary Sewer Project No. 1965 -60 in Northbrook Terrace, located in the Village of Brooklyn Center, and WHEREAS, the subject sanitary sewer has been constructed on a 20 ft. utility and drainage easement as recorded on the Northbrook Terrace plat of record, and WHEREAS, it is recommended by the Village Engineer to be in the best interest of the Village of Brooklyn Center to assume primary responsibility for the future maintenance of the sanitary sewer as a part of the sanitary sewer system of Brooklyn Center, and WHEREAS, Suburban Engineering, Inc., consulting engineers for Homedale Builders, Inc., has reported that the sanitary sewer construction has been performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to accept and approve Sanitary Sewer Project No. 1965 -60. The value of the work performed amounts to $3,689.50. February 21, 1966 Date 1 Mayor e. ATTEST: }G Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, John Leary, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
