HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-034 CCR Member Earl Simons introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -34 RESOLUTION ABATING WATER IMPROVEMENT 65A ASSESSMENT ON LOT 2, BLOCK 4, HUMBOLDT ADDITION WHEREAS, the above listed property was assessed for one unit of Water Improvement in addition to one unit being assessed on Lot 1, Block 4, said addition. WHEREAS, it has been determined that the two lots are owned by one property owner and that the present location of the house on Lot 1, Block 4, said addition restricts the 2 lots to one building site; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center to authorize the abatement of the Water Improvement assessment of $490.00 on Lot 2, Block 4, said addition. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized and directed to accept the abatement on Levy 3439, and to cancel the installment of $55.18 from the 1965/66 tax rolls.
