HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-035 CCR Member Theodore Vuillard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -35 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEEP WELL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1965 -36A (WELL #5) AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary to initiate Deep Well Improvement Project No. 1965 -36A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center to direct the Village Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Deep Well Improve ment Project No. 1965 -36A, described as follows: FURNISH AND INSTALL DEEP WELL PUMP AND ELECTRIC MOTOR AND FURNISH MOTOR STARTER. February 28, 1966 Date Mayor ATTEST: Q C Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, John Leary, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
