Member John Leary introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -42
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE WRITE -OFF FROM THE
VILLAGE RECORDS THE RECEIVABLE FROM AND THE PAYABLE
TO INDUSTRIAL CENTERS. INC.
WHEREAS, the books and records of the Village of Brooklyn
Center show a receivable in the amount of $412.69 due from Industrial
Centers, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the books and records also show a payable in the
amount of $399.25 owed to Industrial Centers, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the receivable and the payable have remained on the
books for several years; and
WHEREAS, the receivable is uncollectible; and
WHEREAS, the difference between the receivable and the payable
is $13.44;
NOW THEREFORE BE T RESOLVED b the V illage Council of the

Village of Brooklyn Center that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized
to write off from the books and records both the receivable in the amount
I l i of $412.69 and the payable in the amount of $399.25.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Simons and
Howard Heck,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
