RESOLUTION NO. 66 -43 RESOLUTION TO ABOLISH THE 10 CHECK CASHING FEE AT THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORES WHEREAS, on October 6, 1959 the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center did by resolution establish a 10� fee to be charged by the Municipal Liquor Stores for checks cashed, and WHEREAS, the fee has proven difficult to administer and not conducive to good business practice; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center that the 10� fee for checks cashed at the Municipal Liquor Stores be abolished. f February 28, 1966 Date Mayor ATTEST: GZ-O Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Earl Simons and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
