resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -59
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEEP WELL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO'S. 1965 -36E (WELL #5) AND 1965 -37E
(WELL #6) AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Village Countil deems it necessary to
initiate Deep Well Improvement Project No's. 1965 -36E and
1965 -37E.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village of Brooklyn Center to direct the Village
Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Deep
Well Improvement Project No's. 1965 -36E and 1965 -37E, described
as follows:
CONNECTION TO SYSTEM WELL #5 and WELL #6
March 21, 1966

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being
taken ke therein, the fallowing voted in favor thereof:
Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, john Leary and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
