HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-073 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -73 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR CORRUGATED METAL PIPE WHEREAS, the Village Engineer and Assistant to Administrator have reported that on April 4, 1966 at 2 :00 P. M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of corrugated metal pipe and that said bids were as follows: 15" 15" CMP 12" 12" CMP Bidder CMP Bands CMP Bands Viking Steel 2. 75 /ft. 2. 75 /ea. 2.31 /ft. 2.3Vea. 5% discount plant pickup Northern Culvert 2.75/ft. 2. 75 /ea. 2.31 /ft. 2.31 /ea. Armco 2. 75 /ft 2. 75 /ea 2.31 /ft 2.31 /ea H.V. Johnston 2.75/ft. 2. 75 /ea. 2.31/ft. 2.31 /ea. 5% discount Culvert plant pickup NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of H.V. Johnston Culvert for the furnishing of Corrugated Metal Pipe in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.
