moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -75
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR GASOLINE, FUEL OIL
FOR HEATING AND DIESEL FUEL OIL
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer and Assistant to Administrator have
reported that on April 4, 1966 at 2 :00 P.M. they opened and tabulated
bids received for the furnishing of gasoline, fuel oil, and diesel fuel oil
and that said bids were as follows:
#2 Diesel

Sinclair Refining Co. 17.8 /gal. 18.8 Vgal. 10.6 /gal. 10.6 /gal.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota the the bid of Mobil Oil Company in the amount 17. 18 for
regular gas in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best
bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of Sinclair Refining Co. in the amount
of 10. 6� for #2 Fuel Oil and 10.6 for #2 Diesel Fuel in accordance with the
specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder
and said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by

RESOLUTION NO. 66 -75
member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, Hm and
Heck, john Leary and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
