WHEREAS, the present contract expires May 5, 1966 and a sufficient supply of cold water meters can be stocked under the 1965 -66 contract. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bids received for cold water meters be rejected. April 11, 1966 Date Mayor ATTEST- r Clerk r RESOLUTION NO. 66 -81 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, Howard Heck, john Leary and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
