HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-160 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION rJC. 65 -160 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65 -156 ENTITLED RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEAPING ON PROPOSED STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT NO. 1964 -56 WHEREAS, on August 23, 1965, the Brooklyn Center Village Council adopted Resolution No. 65 -156 Providing for Public Hearing on Proposed Street Surfacing Improvement No. 1964 -56, and WHEREAS, said resolution established the subject public hearing for the 6th day of September, 1965, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., and WHEREAS, September 6, 1965, is a legally designated holiday NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center to amend Resolution No. 65 -156 by changing the date for the public hearing on Street Surfacing Improvement No. 1964 -56 to the 7th day of September, 1965 at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. August 30, 1965 Date Mavor r ATTEST: C./L Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Phil Cohen, John Leary, Earl Simons and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
