HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-166 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -166 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65 -163 ENTITLED "RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS" WHEREAS, on August 30, 1965, the Village Council of Brooklyn Center adopted Resolution No. 65 -163 Providing for Public Hearing on Proposed Assessments, and WHEREAS, said resolution established the subject public hearing for the 20th day of September, 1965, at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require publication of the notice of Special Assessment Hearings two weeks prior to the date of the hearings. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center to amend Resolution No. 65 -163 by changing the date for the public hearing on the proposed assessments to the 27th day of September, 1965 at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. September 7, 1965 Date ayor ATTEST: C.•C/Yh.,}v�� Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil Cohen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Phil Cohen, John Leary, Earl Simons and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
