HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-189 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -189 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK (CONTRACTED BY DEVELOPER) SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO. 1965 -49 WHEREAS, George Johnson, a developer, has contracted with Randall 6 Berglin and F. D. Chapman Construction Company in a joint venture to construct Sanitary Sewer Project No. 1965 -49 in 70th Avenue North between Knox and James Avenues and in James Avenue North between 70th Avenue and 71st Avenue, and WHEREAS, Suburban Engineering, Inc., consulting engineers for George Johnson, has reported that the sewer construction has been performed in accordance with approved plans and speci- fications. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to accept and approve Sanitary Sewer Project No. 1965 -49. The value of the work performed amounts to $9,063.31.
