HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-191 CCR The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1965 -56. The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on September 22, 1965, which affidavit was examined and found satis- factory and ordered placed on file. The Mayor then called upon all property owners present to present arguments either for or against the proposed improvement. After hearing and considering all objections, and the property owners appearing in favor of said improvement, member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -191 RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1965 -56 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the Village and the owners of property specially benefited thereby, that the following improvement shall be constructed: 1965 -56 Sanitary Sewer Camden Avenue North from 62nd Avenue to 635 feet North and Mary Lane from Camden Avenue to 250 feet East Estimated cost, based on bid, is $11,174.70 September 27, 1965 Date M yor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Phil Cohen John Leary, Earl Simons aid Howard Heck, and the tollowing voted against the same: none. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
