HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-210 CCR _T Member john Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -210 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF NORTH LILAC DRIVE WHEREAS, the Futterman Corporation has petitioned the Village Council to vacate that portion of North Lilac Drive lying between the centerline of vacated Morgan Avenue North extended and the Northerly right -of -way line of 57th Avenue North extended; and WHEREAS, the Futterman Corporation owns all of the abutting property lying Southeast of the proposed vacation: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center that a public hearing shall be held in the Village Hall in the Village on the 25th day of October 1965 at 8 :00 P. M. to hear objections, if any, to the vacation of the above described street, and the Clerk shall post and publish Notice of this Hearing as required by law. October 4, 1965 k Date Ma or ATTEST: orb Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Phil Cohen, john Leary, Earl Simons and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. I
