and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 65 -231
RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
TO TRUNK HIGHWAY PROJECT (S. P. 2742 -09)
WHEREAS, on November 9, 1964, the Village of Brooklyn
Center entered into Agreement No. 54367 with the Minnesota
Highway Department to participate in the cost of installing
traffic signals located on Trunk Highway No. 152 at County
Road No. 130 (S. P. 2742 -09), and
WHEREAS, said traffic signals have been installed
and an invoice received from the Minnesota Department of
Highways in the amount of $4,335.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village of Brooklyn Center to appropriate from Brooklyn
Center's Municipal State Aid Street Funds the sum of $4,335.40
to apply toward the construction covered by,Agreement No. 54367
and request the Commissioner of Highways to approve this auth-
orization.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member john Leary and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson,
Phil Cohen, john Leary, Earl Simons and Howard Heck,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
