HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-236 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 65 -236 RESOLUTION CORRECTING ERRORS IN MINUTES OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER DATED OCTOBER 4, 1965 WHEREAS, on October 4, 1965, the Village Council con- ducted an assessment hearing relevant to Sanitary Lateral Project No. 1964 -18, and WHEREAS, on October 4, 1965, the Village Council adopted Resolution No. 65 -207 relevant to confirming certain improvement assessments, and WHEREAS, the October 4, 1965 Council minutes contain errors related to Project No. 1964 -18 and Resolution No. 65 -207. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center that the October 4, 1965 minutes of the proceedings of the Village Council shall be amended to read as follows: (1) Page 3 Paragraph 3, Item #1, should read: "The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of objections to any of the assessments for the following improvements: Sanitary Lateral Projects 1964 -18 1965 -34" (2) Page 3, Paragraph 7, should read: "Motion by Phil Cohen and seconded by John Leary to declare favorable the assessment hearing on Sanitary Lateral Improvement Project No. 1964 -18. Motion carried unanimously." (3) Item 8C, Resolution No. 65 -207, should read: "Sanitary Lateral No's. 1964 -58 and 1964 -25 in fifteen equal annual installments." (4) Item 8D Resolution No. 65 -207, should read: "Sanitary Lateral No's. 1964 -18, 1964 -28 and 1965 -34 in twenty equal annual installments."
