HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-238 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: p RESOLUTION NO. 65 -238 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1965 GENERAL FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, the Village Council did appropriate the amount of $300.00 in the 1965 budget for Protective Inspection Professional and Consultant Fees, and WHEREAS, on September 13, 1965 a disbursement of $682.75 was made to The International Conference of Building Officials for plan checking for the J.C. Penney Company addition at Brookdale which exceeded the budget appropriation, and WHEREAS, the entire cost of the plan check was recovered in the collection of a plan check fee paid by J.C. Penney Company; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center to increase the Protective Inspection Professional and Consultant Fee appropriation by $683.00, such funds having been provided from unanticipated revenue.
