HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-240 CCR i Member Phil Cohen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -240 I RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE (1) 1/2 TON PICKUP TRUCK WHEREAS, the Village Engineer and the Assistant to Administrator have reported that on December 13, 1965 at 2:00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of one (1) 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck and that said bids were as follows: Total Total Price Trade -in Price Less Trade -in Brookdale Ford 142.62 1927.62 1787.00 King Dodge Co. 125.00 1891.06 1766.06 Iten Chevrolet 150.00 1897.84 1747.84 Midway Ford 120.00 1684.95 1564.95 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of Midway Ford in the amount of $1564.95 for the furnishing of one (1) 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and that said bid is hereby accepted. December 13, 1965 Date 7 Mayor P ATTEST: a Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck, Phil Cohen, John Leary and Earl Simons and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
