HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-243 CCR Member Earl Simons introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -243 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE (1) NINE PASSENGER STATION WAGON WHEREAS, the Village Engineer and the Assistant to Administrator have reported that on December 13, 1965 at 2:00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of one (1) Nine Passenger Station Wagon and that said bids were as follows: Add for Power Add for Total Steerinq Power Brakes Bid Price Iten Chevrolet 68.40 30.40 2583.00 Brockdale Ford 68.45 30.45 2747.72 Midway Ford 68.45 30.45 2519.62 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of Midway Ford in the amount of $2618.52 for the furnishing of one (1) Nine Passenger Station Wagon with power steering and power brakes in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and that said bid is herey accepted. December 13, 1965 a e Date Mayor ATTEST: Ca a Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil Cohen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck, Phil Cohen, John Leary and Earl Simons and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
