Home My WebLink About1965-016 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: i� RESOLUTION NO. 65 -16 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED BY BROOKLYN PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to a written agreement between Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Brooklyn Park has satis- factorily completed the following improvements in accordance with said agreement: Project 1962 -17 Sanitary sewer in Lyndale Ave. from 70th Ave. to 73rd Ave. Project 1962 -18 Sanitary Sewer in 69th Ave. from West Village limits to Toledo Ave. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center: 1. The work completed under said agreement is hereby accepted and approved. 2. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satisfied on said agreement on February 8, 1965. The total amount paid for said improvement projects was $14,601.84. February 8, 1965 Date Mayor n ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Simons, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Howard Heck, Earl Simons, John Leary, Phil Cohen, Gordon Erickson and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
