moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 65 -21
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FURNISHING OF ONE
(1) POLICE CHIEF'S CAR
WHEREAS, the Assistant to the Administrator and the Finance Director
have reported that on March 1, 1965 at 2 :00 P.M. they opened and tabulated
bids received for furnishing of one (1) police chief's car and that said bids
were as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the low bid of Brookdale Ford in
the amount of $2,042.00 for the furnishing of one (1) police chief's car, in
accordance with the specifications therefore, is deemed to be the best bid submitted
by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby ac ted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon the following
voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Phil Cohen, John Leary and
Earl Simons
and the following voted against the same: None;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
