and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 65 -61
RESOLUTION ADOPTING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
CONSTRUCTION POLICY
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed a statement of
Municipal State Aid Street Construction Policy submitted by
Donald Poss, Village Engineer, dated April 27, 1965; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council believes that it is desirable to
have a written statement of policies concerning said State Aid street
construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council
of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota adopt the Municipal
State Aid Street Construction Policy submitted by the Village
Engineer in a report dated April 27, 1965.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Earl Simons, and upon vote being taken thereon
the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck,
and Earl Simons,
and the following voted against the same: None;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
