and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 65 -62
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FURNISHING OF WATER
TREATMENT CHEMICALS
WHEREAS, the Village Administrator and Assistant to Administrator
have reported that on April 19, 19 65, at 2: 00 P. M. they opened and tabulated
bids received for the furnishing of water treatment chemicals and that said
bids were as follows:

Chlorine Ammonium Hydrofluosilicic Poloyphosphate

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of Lyon Chemical Co. for the
furnishing of Blended Polyphosphates in accordance with the specifications
is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and that said
bid is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of McKesson Robbins for the furnishing
of Hydrofluosilicic Acid in accordance with the specification is deemed to
be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of Hawkins Chemical Co. for the
furnishing of Chlorine and Ammonium Sulphate in accordance with the
specification is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder
and said bid is hereby accepted.

RESOLUTION NO. 65 -62
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Phil Cohen I and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck,
Phil Cohen, John Leary and Earl Simons,
and the following voted against the same: None;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
