HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-068 CCR Member Phil Cohen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -68 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FURNISHING BITUMINOUS OIL WHEREAS, the Village Administrator and Assistant to Administrator have reported that on April 19, 19 6 5, at 2: 0 0 P. Refining Co..1108 .1050 .1108 .1050 No Bid No Bid No Bid No Bid Richards Oil Co. .1082 10 34 .1092 10 39 .12 .1155 No Bid No Bid Per Gallon Prices NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the low bid of Richards Oil Co. for MC 3, MC O, and RC 3 materials in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the low bid of L. N. Sickels Co. for the furnishing of RS 2K material in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.
