HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-069 CCR Member Earl Simons introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -69 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR STABILIZED GRAVEL AND FINE AGGREGATE FOR SEAL COAT WHEREAS, the Village Administrator and Assistant to Administrator have reported that on April 19, 1965, at 2:00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of Stabilized Gravel and Fine Aggregate for Seal Coat and that said bids were as follows: Buck- Buck BA 2 BA 2 Class 5 Class 5 FA 1 Shot Shot Bidder Deliv. McCrossan Inc. 1.48 .77 1.48 .77 No Bid No Bid No Bid NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the low bid of the Alexander Construction Co. for the furnishing of BA 2 and Class 5 in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the low bid of the Anderson Aggregate Co. for furnishing FA 1 and Buckshot in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible idder and said bid is hereby accepted.
