HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-070 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0.65 -70 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR CORRUGATED METAL PIPE WHEREAS, the Village Administrator and Assistant to Administrator have reported that on April 19, 1965, at 2 :00 P. M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of Corrugated Metal Pipe and that said bids were as follows: 15" 15" CMP 12" 12" CMP Bidder CMP Bands CMP Bands Northern Culvert Mfg. Co. 2.05 /ft 2.0 5 /ea 1 .7 2 /ft 1 .7 2 /ea Armco Metal Products 2.43/ft. 2.43/ea. 2.04 /ft. 2.04 /ea. Viking Steel 2. 10 /ft 2. 10 /ea 1 .7 6 /ft 1 .7 6 /ea H. V. Johnston Culvert Co. 2.47/ft. 2.47/ea. 2.07 /ft. 2.07 /ea. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the low bid of the Northern Culvert Mfg. Co. for the furnishing of Corrugated Metal Pipe in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. May 3, 1965 Date v Mayor ATTEST: f� Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck, Phil Cohen, John Leary, and Earl Simons, and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
