HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-085 CCR Member Earl Simons introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65 -85 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1965 GENERAL FUND BUDGET BY THE AUTHORIZATION OF INTER DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS WHEREAS, the 1965 General Fund Budget provided for the purchase of adding machines for the office of the Village Assessor and the Finance Department and that the appropriation was distributed as follows: Assessment $200.00 Finance $100.00 and WHEREAS, it has since been deemed necessary to purchase a printing calculator at a cost of $444. 15 in place of the proposed adding machine for the office of the Village Assessor. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to: I. Increase the Assessment Capital Outlay Appropriation by $245.00. 2. Reduce the Finance Capital Outlay Appropriation by $100.00. 3. Reduce the Mayor and Council Contingency Appropriation by $145.00. May 24, 1965 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Phil Cohen, John Leary, Earl Simons and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
