HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-095 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION NO. 65 -95 RESOLUTION APPROVING GRADE CHANGES ON 63rd AVENUE WHEREAS, the Village of Brooklyn Center has previously approved the plans, special provision and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 152 within the cooperative limits of the Village of Brooklyn Center from the South Corporate limits to the North Corporate limits and, WHEREAS, a grade change on 63rd Avenue between Engineers Stations 1 +50 and 2 +50 to the aforestated plans has become necessary, and WHEREAS, said grade change as shown on the attached profile labeled "Proposed Crade for 63rd Avenue" requires the approval of the Village of Brooklyn Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council that said grade change for 63rd Avenue as shown on the profile labeled "Proposed Grade for 63rd Avenue" between Engineers Stations 1 +50 and 2 +50 is hereby approved. June 7, 1965 Date Mayor ATTEST: C-X Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck, Earl Simons and Phil Cohen, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
