RESOLUTION NO. 2025-122
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2026-2035 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND ADOPTING THE 2026 CAPITAL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center determined it is
fiscally responsible and necessary to develop an infrastructure plan that coordinates the long-range
municipal needs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and discussed the proposed 2026-2035
Capital Improvement Plan together with the Financial Commission on July 21, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center annually adopts a
Capital Improvements Program following review and discussion by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A is
the documentation for the above referenced 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Plan: and
WHERAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center authorizes the 2026
Program be included in the 2026 Annual City Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Plan as set forth in Exhibit A to this
Resolution be and hereby is adopted.

Graves
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Graves, Jerzak, Kragness, and Moore
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
