EDA RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -01
introduced the following resolution and
RESOLUTION ELECTING OFFICERS FOR THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 469.096 provides that an economic
development authority shall elect a president, treasurer, and secretary on an annual basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development
Authority in and for the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the
Authority hereby elects the following officers to serve through December 31, 2004, or such later
date as their successors are elected and qualified:
President /Treasurer: Myrna Kragness
Vice President: Bob Peppe
Assistant Treasurer: Dan Jordet
Secretary: G. Brad Hoffman

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by commissioner
Kay Lasman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Kay Lasman, and Diane Niesen;
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
