My kids eouldntt take a bus to get to Robbi.nsdaie (transportation) to see a movie (why not in Brooklyn Center). . I cant get a decent noon time meal in this village. If I want to take a customer to lunch, or even my wife, I have to drive 3-5 miles to a neighboring village." "Publish apparent affect Industrial taxation would have on individual taxpayer. Stimulate public interest by "discovery" of additional advantages. Go after village officials for their unified support. THEN purchase the Marls Brown Farm under contract for deed and assignment of parcels. Now go after industry with a package. Possibly build for speculation.
