HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-010 EDARCommissioner Kristen Mann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: EDA RESOLUTION NO. 95 -10 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET FOR THE EARLE BROWN HERITAGE CENTER WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center Economic Development Authority (EDA) cannot incur any obligation not approved in the budget; and WHEREAS, the catering operation of the Earle Brown Heritage Center, managed by D'Amico Catering, has requested the purchase of one PowerMac (Macintosh) computer, cabling and connectors; and WHEREAS, a balance of $2,570.74 exists in the original loan for service accessories; and WHEREAS, the cost of the PowerMac computer, including cabling and connectors, amounts to $2,225.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority in and for the City of Brooklyn Center that the EDA approve the purchase of one Macintosh PowerMac computer, with supporting cabling and connections, in the amount of $2,225.00. March 27, 1995 Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by commissioner Kathleen Carmody and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myrna Kragness, Kristen Mann, Debra Hilstrom, and Kathleen Carmody; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
