EDA RESOLUTION NO: 92 -22
introduced the following
RESOLUTION AMENDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NUMBERS 92 -03 AND 92 -04
BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority
(EDA) in and for the City of Brooklyn Center that First National
Bank of Omaha, as designated depository of the Economic
Development Authority, be and is hereby requested, authorized and
directed to honor all checks drawn upon the EDA's Accounts when
bearing the signature of EDA Assistant Treasurer Paul W. Holmlund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the power and authority
granted by this resolution shall continue in full force and effect
until the resolution is supplemented or modified.

I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by commissioner Philip Cohen and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
