HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-038 EDAR1 I Commissioner Philip Cohen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION AMENDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY RESOLUTION NOS. 92 -03 AND 92 -22 AND TO ENTER INTO AN A.C.H. AGREEMENT WITH FIRST OF OMAHA FOR CREDIT CARD SALES AT THE EARLE BROWN HERITAGE CENTER BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority (EDA) in and for the City of Brooklyn Center that the EDA enter into an A.C.H. agreement with First of Omaha for credit card sales at the the Earle Brown Heritage Center. All credit card sales would be deposited directly to Marquette Bank Brookdale using an A.C.H. transfer. Date Todd Paulson, Presiden The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by commissioner Jerry Pedlar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
