HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-006 EDAR1 Member Bill Hawes introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: EDA RESOLUTION NO. 88 -06 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING WINSOR /FARICY ARCHITECTS. INC. WHEREAS, the Economic Development accepted resumes from architectural firms; and CONTRACT WITH Authority has WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority reviewed the submissions of each architectural firm; and WHEREAS, the firm of Winsor /Faricy Architects, Inc. determined to be the group that best suits the needs of Brooklyn Center Economic Development Authority for restoration of the Earle Brown Farm. has was the the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority in and for the City of Brooklyn Center that the negotiated contract with Winsor /Faricy Architects, Inc. is hereby accepted and the President and Executive Director are hereby authorized to execute an agreement for those services. February 8 1988 Date President:'} The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Celia Scott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
