HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-012 EDARMember Todd Paulson resolution and moved its adoption: May 8, 1989 Date EDA RESOLUTION NO. 89 -12 introduced the following RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL TELEPHONE CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority In and For the City of Brooklyn Center has established a project for the restoration of the Earle Brown Farm; and WHEREAS, a telephone system will be required at the Earle Brown Farm as part of that restoration; and WHEREAS, professional consultant proposals have been received by the EDA for the professional service to perform a needs analysis and develop specifications for said system; and WHEREAS, the proposal from Eastman, Morley and Krenik Ltd. in the amount of $6,467 is considered to be the best proposal suiting the needs of the EDA. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority In and For the City of Brooklyn Center that the proposal for professional services from Eastman, Morley and Krenik Ltd. is hereby accepted and the President of the Economic Development Authority be authorized to sign a contract for the same. Presid The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Jerry Pedlar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyc uist, Celia Scott, Todd Paulson, and Jerry Pedlar; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
