HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-020 EDARMember Philip Cohen resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE EARLE BROWN HERITAGE CENTER FURNITURE, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT PROGRAM AND DIRECTING THE COORDINATOR TO OBTAIN BIDS AND QUOTES FOR THE SAME WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center Economic Development Authority established a budget for furniture and equipment for the operation of the Earle Brown Heritage Center; and WHEREAS, the items set forth as Attachment A represents a listing of items necessary to operate and maintain the Heritage Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Authority in and for the City of Brooklyn Center does approve the furniture and equipment list as necessary and directs staff to obtain quotes and bids as necessary for such items. August 14, 1989 Date EDA RESOLUTION NO. 89 -20 introduced the following President The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Jerry Pedlar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Celia Scott, Todd Paulson, Jerry Pedlar, and Philip Cohen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
