HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-021 EDAR1 Member Philip Cohen resolution and moved its adoption: EDA RESOLUTION NO. 89 21 introduced the following RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE QUOTATION OF WICKER WORKS FOR TWENTY -TWO DINING CHAIRS AND DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF THE SAME WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) does own and operate a Bed and Breakfast at the Earle Brown Farm; and WHEREAS, the EDA has considered various chairs deemed appropriate for the dining room of the Bed and Breakfast; and WHEREAS, Wicker Works is the sole provider of the chair desired for this facility. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority in and for the City of Brooklyn Center that the quotation from Wicker Works of $8,360 for twenty -two (22) dining chairs be accepted and staff be directed to purchase the same. August 14, 1989 Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Todd Paulson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Celia Scott, Todd Paulson, Jerry Pedlar, and Philip Cohen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
