EDA RESOLUTION NO. 2026-01
RESOLUTION ELECTING OFFICERS FOR THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 469.096 provides that an economic
development authority shall elect a president, treasurer, and secretary on an annual basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority
of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the Authority hereby elects the following officers to serve
through December 31, 2025, or such later date as their successors are elected and qualified:
President/Treasurer April Graves
Vice-President Teneshia Kragness
Assistant Treasurer Kris Lawrence-Anderson
Secretary Shannon Pettit
January 12, 2026
Date President
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by commissioner
Lawrence-Anderson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Graves, Jerzak, Kragness, Lawrence-Anderson, Moore
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
