II. III. IV. Review of Minutes from the Previous Meetina Minutes from the meeting on November 20 were reviewed by Task Force members. There were no corrections noted by members. Attendance Present Kathy Flesher Brad Hoffman Leone Howe Warren Lindquist Duane Orn, M.D. Absent Phil Cohen Lawrence Boums Guests Al Beisner Rosemary Tobin Update on Rental Analysis Quality Decisions staff updated members by indicating that the rental appointments had been made, and the analysis would be available at the next meeting. Survev Update Task force members reviewed the letterhead which had been prepared specifically for this project. All seemed to be pleased with the results. Following discussion on paper stock, members decided to have ' the survey and cover letter duplicated on two shades of grey stock. Susan.Kopher indicated that the survey was targeted for mailing on January 6. With three weeks for return, it was expected that results would be available toward the latter half of February. V. Review of Survev Pilot Findinas Quality Decisions staff shared drafts of the two surveys which had been pilot tested by approximately 15 members of the 50-64, and 65+ communities in Brooklyn Center. Following indepth discussion, the surveys were finalized and approval given by Task Force members for their ' distribution. Quahty Deci6iom, Inc. Kev Resoondent Interview Findinas Task Force members reviewed the findings of the interviews which had been prepared by Quality Decisions staff. Time was spent presenting the results of each question and answering questions from members.
