In the matters concerned in these hearings, the Commission makes recommendations to the City Council. The City Council makes all final decisions in these matters. 6. Planning Items a. Events & Rentals LLC) | Thomas C Kite Address: 6820 Humboldt Avenue North (PID: 36-119-21-22-0047) Request: Conditional Use Permit Summary: The Applicant is proposing to open an approximately 2,051 square foot multi-purpose event space with commercial kitchen in the Humboldt Shopping Center. Upon review of the proposal, it was determined that the Applicant will require approval of a conditional use permit. b.
