Review of Pilot Test Findinas for Renters
Quality Decisions, Inc. reported that they had been
unable to pilot test this interview guide in spite of
numerous phone calls to the two candidates suggested
for the pilot. The short time frame between meetings
proved to be the problem. Task Force members reviewed
the draft interview guides and made several suggestions
for revision. The revised interview guides can be seen
as Attachment A to these minutes.
Quality Decisions stated that since they had contracted
to perform 30 one-half hour interviews, that if the
interviews were substantially longer upon testing the
guide, that they would contact Brad Hoffman and ask him
to eliminate items from the renters interview.
Review of Pilot Test Findings for Kev Resoondents
This interview guide was piloted by Quality Decisions,
Inc. and found to work quite well. It runs slightly
longer than an hour, which originally was the length
of time planned for it. However, no substantial
revisions were made. The interview, as modified by the
Task Force, can be seen in Attachment B to these minutes.

V. Undate in Schedulina
Scheduling is proceeding somewhat slower than originally
'
anticipated. As yet, the holidays do not appear to be
an issue but.not all of the interviews have been
scheduled.
Task Force members reviewed their original plans for the
persons they wanted contacted by Quality Decisions, Inc.
for the two interviews. Substantial revisions were made
in both lists of interview candidates. The revised lists
can be seen in Attachment C and D to these minutes.
'
VI. Review and Avoroval of Letterhead Design
Two proposed designs for the letterhead were shared with
'
Task Force members. There was unanimous agreement on the
design of choice. Al Beisner agreed to forward the
missing logo, symbolizing The Earle Brown Farm, to
complete the letterhead design.
VII. Brainstorminai Items for the Two Survevs
Task Force members spent the remainder of the meeting
' brainstorming items for the two mail surveys. One set
of questions was generated for the'65 and over group;
' another set of items was generated for those senior
adults under 65 but older than 50.
The results of the brainstorming activity can be seen in
Attachment E to these minutes.
VIII. Next Meetina Date/Agenda
At the next meeting, the results of the interviews will
be presented and analyzed. Results of the pilot tests
of the two surveys will also be presented. The surveys
' r j<
will be finalized at that time.
